Bonne Bay

Bonne Bay

G.B.S is nestled along the Southern Arm of Bonne Bay. Explore the bay via tour boat or kayak or take a scenic drive along Route 431. Bonne Bay was a popular french fishing station along the french shore until the 1800's when English settlers arrived. By the 1920s the region was the center of government and commerce in western Newfoundland. Bonne Bay is also well known for it's abundant wildlife.
